We are local residents, born and raised in Atlantic & Cape May Counties. Our backgrounds include, Real Estate Sales, Marketing & Management. Real Estate acquisition, disposition, development and capital project management and construction oversight. Some of us started as skilled laborers which led to multiple ground up commercial and residential developments, including development of high-end single-family homes. Others have mastered every aspect of real estate maintenance and service.
We have decades of handling every imaginable issue for any commercial, residential, or multifamily properties. Including high rise condominium properties, their infrastructure, and systems.
